Michael Brundage, MSc, FRCP(C), MD

New Investigator Clinical Trials Course Faculty

Michael Brundage, MD MSC FRCP(C) is a Professor of Oncology and of Public Health Sciences at Queen’s University in Kingston.  He completed his training in Radiation Oncology at the University of Toronto and Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto, and in Epidemiology at Queen’s University, where he has enjoyed long-standing affiliations with the Canadian Clinical Trials Group and the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario at Kingston General Hospital.    His research focuses on quality of life measurement (in clinical practice and in clinical trials) and on quality of cancer care, with an emphasis on quality initiatives in radiation oncology.  He has been a long-standing member/co-chair of the Quality of Life Endpoint Committee of the Canadian Clinical Trials Group, is the Quality Lead for Radiotherapy at Cancer Care Ontario and a member of the Cancer Quality Council of Ontario, and serves as Past-President of the Canadian Association of Radiation Oncology.
