This includes asking about the language you feel most comfortable using, your sexual orientation, and how far you travel to reach the clinic. You will be asked to fill out this form one time. It should only take about 10 minutes or less to complete. You do not need to answer any questions that make you feel uncomfortable. How can I find out more or join the study?Talk to your cancer doctor if you are considering joining this study.
