2026 Annual Spring Meeting of Participants

The CCTG Annual Spring Meeting is only 7 weeks away!

 

If you have received an invitation, please register and book your hotel accommodation as soon as possible and no later than March 16.

 

Meeting Invitations and important deadlines:

  • Non-funded invitations will be sent this week. 

  • The Request for an Invitation opens on the Spring meeting webpage this week.

  • The Request for an Invitation closes April 7.

  • Online Registration closes April 9.

 

CCTG Chelsea room block general guidelines: 

  • Reservations must be made under the name of the invited participant.

  • The room block is intended only for nights required to attend the Spring Meeting and/or Thursday Workshops. 

  • Participants are asked to book only one reservation within the Chelsea room block. 

  • Additional guidelines can be found in the Hotel and Travel Information document located on the Spring meeting webpage

 

Register online:

Please register online using the link in your invitation. Doing so will expedite your on-site check-in process as you have already completed the Confidentiality Agreement (Undertaking) and your printed name tag will be ready to pick up at the Registration Desk.

Meeting Highlights - Events you don't want to miss!

 

Friday, April 24

  • CCTG Plenary Session - 4:30pm to 5:30pm: The session will be showcasing CCTG trials and activities (RCPSC accredited).

  • CCTG Award Ceremony - 5:30pm to 6:00pm: Every year CCTG engages with our national network to identify and recognize individuals who have contributed significantly to the mission and activities of the Group.

  • CCTG Welcome Reception - 6:00pm to 7:30pm: A great opportunity to network! Attendees are invited to enjoy an array of appetizers, refreshments, and there will be a cash bar available.

 

Saturday, April 25

  • CCTG Annual General Meeting - 4:30pm to 5:00pm: The General Meeting is an opportunity to update all meeting attendees on the State of the Group.  

  • Maria Ricci Memorial Lectureship in Oncology – 5:00pm to 6:00pm:  Please join us with guest lecturer, Dr. Rebecca Auer, Title forthcoming (RCPSC accredited).
