Wednesday, February 23, 2022 The 2022 Annual Spring Meeting of Participants is fast approaching!! Meeting Information The draft Schedule of Events, and our meetings policies, including the Invitation Policy and Registration Policy are posted on the Spring Meeting 2022 web page. Invitations: The first round of e-invitations were sent on February 16th, for committee & trial members, Centre Representatives & CCRA's. If you cannot locate your e-invitation in your inbox, please check your trash or spam folders for the email from the address meetings@ctg.queensu.ca. If you are unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could please decline your e-invitation. Centre Nominations Program (CNP) will be sent to Centre Representatives and contact CRAs this week. The deadline for submitting nominations is March 11, 2022. Centre Nominees will be sent an e-invitation to the Spring Meeting for early registration. If you did not receive an invitation and would like to attend the Annual Spring Meeting, you can 'request an invitation' in early March by going to the 'How to Register' tab located on the 2022 Spring Meeting web page . Spring Meeting Highlights: Thursday - General Meeting Friday - The CCTG Plenary Session (accredited) and Recognition Awards Ceremony.
