Requesting an e-invitation closes April 17 If you did not receive an e-invitation and would like to attend the Annual Spring Meeting please visit the Spring Meeting web page and go to "How to Register". The deadline to request an e-invitation is April 17 and the deadline to pre-register through your e-invitation is April 19. Online pre-registration closes April 19 If you received an e-invitation with a PIN# you can pre-register online to ensure a faster on-site registration process. If you do not pre-register, you will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement on-site and wait for a name tag to be prepared. On-site sign-in and registration Once you arrive at the meeting, all participants must sign-in and collect their name tag at the CCTG registration desk - You can beat the sign-in line by collecting your name tag on Thursday from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. Hotel reservation after March 31 may be subject to an increase in the room rate. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please be sure to cancel the room 48 hours prior to 4pm EST arrival day. Awards Ceremony (5:30-6:00pm): Recognizing individuals who have contributed significantly to the mission and activities of the Group. NEW this year is the CCTG Award for Excellence in Clinical Trials Conduct. Reception (6:00-7:00pm): A great networking opportunity! Attendees are invited to enjoy an array of appetizers, refreshments and a cash-only bar.
