CCTG Remote Audit and Monitoring Working Group (RAM WG) Active

The COVID 19 pandemic increased focus on mechanisms to oversee clinical studies remotely in order to limit travel and number of visitors to clinical trial sites. The Canadian Cancer Trials Group (CCTG) created the Remote Auditing and Monitoring Working Group (RAM WG) this past summer to support CCTG member centres navigate new ways of working with respect to remote monitoring and auditing practices. Supports include providing advice, tools, and other strategies such as connecting RAM WG members and CCTG member centres to help overcome barriers related to remote monitoring/auditing.RAM WG members are comprised of stakeholders from CCTG member centres and CCTG compliance leadership. As remote oversight strategies continue to move to the forefront we envision this working group will be a valuable resource to meet implementation challenges.
