Patient Engagement in Cancer Research in Canada Community of Practice

This Community of Practice, through sponsorship of the Canadian Cancer Society, aims to provide a forum to share, identify, and address needs amongst patient engagement (PE) leaders in Canada.  It is a forum to exchange ideas and approaches,  explore challenges and issues, learn and share knowledge, develop collaborations, and engage in meaningful discussions. Membership is open to any organization engaged in cancer research. The current membership of over 50 individuals represents a diverse range of organizations including patient advocacy, research institutes, research networks, research funders, government, and industry. The keynote presentation for the October meeting will highlight CCTG's patient engagement model.
