The Gynecologic Cancer Initiative is recruiting for a motivated fellow to join their team at BC Cancer

BC Cancer is seeking a motivated individual for the role of GSK Clinical Research Fellow in Medical Oncology - Gynecologic Malignancies in the Department of Medical Oncology in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, for a 1-2 years term.

This fellowship is an opportunity to receive advanced clinical training and education in the diagnosis and management of gynecologic cancers paired with research opportunities in clinical trials, outcomes, quality improvement and translational sciences. The fellow will work within the multidisciplinary Provincial Gynecologic Tumour Group with a team of dedicated gynecologic cancer specialists in medical oncology, surgery, radiation oncology, pathology, counselling, hereditary cancer testing, nursing and research.

The Fellow will be supported in opportunities for formal training in clinical trials design such as may be available through Clinical Trials BC, the Canadian Cancer Trials Group and other organizations. The Fellow will complete their training with in-depth experience in the design, execution and knowledge transition of clinical trials, positioning them well to pursue clinical research throughout their career.
