Continuing Medical Education (CME) CME Information How to claim credits and get your CME certificate Credits for Royal College Specialists- This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by Queen's University Office of CPD. You may claim a maximum of 26 hours (credits are automatically calculated). Credits for Health Professionals: This is an accredited learning activity which provides up to 26 hours of Continuing Education. Credits for Others: This is a professional development learning activity which provides up to 16.5 hours of Continuing Education. Participants who wish to claim credits must use our CME evaluation and credit claiming system. You will be asked to evaluate and indicate the number of hours attended at the accredited session(s) and answer some general questions. Upon completion, you will be able to print your certificate. This certificate will be accepted by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. The deadline to claim credits is 31May2024. Identify clinical trial research opportunities within the Canadian Cancer Trials Group. Integrate current knowledge regarding therapeutics and tumour biology in trial concept development and conduct. Apply best practices in clinical trials conduct and analysis to the Canadian Cancer Trials Group research agenda. To identify opportunities for mentoring new investigators in Canadian Cancer Trials Group research agenda. To synthesize, disseminate, exchange and apply knowledge derived from clinical trials to improve the health of Canadians.
