RIPPLE and Updated Policy for Investigator Credentialing Implementation Reminder - 2014APR28

The RIPPLE roll-out date April 28, 2014 is fast approaching. As a reminder, effective on this date, all Canadian membership information will be available in RIPPLE and any changes to existing information or new member additions should be made in RIPPLE after that date. As well, the MA.32 trial Participants List information will be moved into RIPPLE on this date and all future MA.32 Participants List changes/additions/removals should be made in RIPPLE (paper PLs/PLCFs will be accepted if required until May 16). If your centre has not submitted the Remote Roster Administrators nomination form, please do so immediately so that it may be processed prior to April 28.

Also on April 28, the updated Policy for Investigator Credentialing and reference document for PL & QI delegation of duties will be implemented. All applicable trial websites will have updated PLs/PLCFs implementing these changes posted by April 28 for immediate use. Please refer to the Investigators Registration memo that was circulated last week and can be found at:

There will be two final RIPPLE/updated policy training webinars: Tuesday, April 22 and Thursday, April 24, both at 1 pm EDT. There will also be a demonstration of the RIPPLE system at the CRA Spring Meeting Workshop on Friday, May 2. It is recommended that all CRAs and investigators attend one of the training sessions.
