OICR Named as Lead to Develop Coordinating Centre for New CCCTN

The Canadian Partnership Against Cancer (CPAC) recently announced that the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OICR) has been selected to develop the coordinating centre for the Canadian Cancer Clinical Trials Network (CCCTN). Dr. Janet Dancey, OICR's Director of the High Impact Clinical Trials Program and Director, Translational Research - Clinical at Canadian Cancer Trials Group, will be the Scientific Director and lead the CCCTN coordinating centre. The collaborating organizations are the Canadian Cancer Trials Group and N2 (Network of Networks).

The Canadian Partnership Against Cancer's investment in this initiative is aimed at strengthening Canada's ability to conduct practice-changing clinical trials and improve cancer outcomes for Canadians.
