Canadian Cancer Trials Group Bulletins

Putting Evidence-Based Policy into Practice Survey REMINDER

We are keen to consider what research studies have influenced cancer policy and practice over the past 10-15 years, to highlight those that have not, but should have, and to identify studies that are not yet published but are likely to lead to changes in policy and practice over the next 5 years.

We would very much like to hear your views and would be grateful if you could spend a few minutes responding to this survey before 25th July:

You are invited to respond to as many sections as you choose, and to nominate up to three research studies in each section. The Survey has been developed in conjunction with colleagues in the Policy team at Cancer Research UK, who have kindly agreed to undertake the analysis.

Respondents are encouraged to cite their own work if they believe this has, or should have, influenced policy / practice more than other studies!

The survey is being conducted in the UK, Australia and Canada to assess how research crosses national boundaries to influence policy and practice. We hope that you will help us with what we believe will be a fascinating and insightful project.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank those who have already participated in this fascinating and insightful project and provide a reminder to those that have not, that the survey is now open until July 25th.

With thanks for taking the time to share with us your views,
