Canadian Cancer Trials Group Bulletins

2010 Spring Meeting of Participants

The Canadian Cancer Trials Group 2010 Spring Meeting of Participants will be held 30 April - 2 May at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal.

All invitations have now been sent via email directly to invitees. This year, changes have been made to funding provided for attendance at Spring Meeting 2010 and invitations are FULL-FUNDED, PARTIAL-FUNDED, OR NON-FUNDED. PLEASE CHECK YOUR INVITATION CAREFULLY TO DETERMINE YOUR FUNDING STATUS.

Invitations included your Attendee ID number which you will need for on-line registration. If you are NOT planning to attend, you are able to indicate that as well through the on-line registration utility, and we encourage you to do so.

Meeting Information
Travel and hotel information, a draft Schedule of Events, and our meetings policies, including the Invitation Policy, Registration Policy, and Travel Reimbursement Policy, can all be found on the Spring Meeting 2010 website ...

In particular:
-- if you have not yet made your hotel reservation or made your travel arrangements, please do so as soon as possible. Our conference room rate at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth is $169/night. The deadline to make your reservation is 9 April. After that, room rates will rise, and you should note that the Canadian Cancer Trials Group will reimburse accommodation costs up to $169/night only.

-- please check the on-line Schedule of Events regularly. Meetings are added periodically, and there are instances when meetings are moved.

-- agendas are posted as they are received from individual committees, and are often finalized only days prior to the meeting. Agendas for OPEN meetings only will be available.

Spring Meeting Book
Once again, we will not be producing a paper meeting book. Instead, trial reports will be available on the website shortly before Spring Meeting. More information about where you can access trial reports will be included in future Bulletins.
