Overview

In 2006 the NCIC CTG purchased the Aperio Scanscope digital slide scanner in collaboration with Queen's University Department of Pathology and Molecular Medicine. The scanner has allowed the TTDR to create high resolution images of TMA and regular slides.

We are using the Aperio ScanScope CS scanner to scan our slides. This scanner allows us to obtain up to a 40x magnification. For more details, visit the Aperio Website.
